Click Products from the left menu.
You will see a list of all current products with columns for name, price, and published status.
From here you can:
- Create a product: click “+Add” on the right.
- Review all products: click on the word Products to see a list of all your products.
- Edit a product: click its name.
- Delete a product: tick the box and choose “Delete selected.” - Anything deleted is gone for good. You can also use the red delete button inside the product area.

Viewing and Handling Orders
Select Orders from the menu.
Each row represents a completed customer order with date, email, and product details.
From here you can:
- Click an order to view full details (including download status).
- Filter by date or customer name using the search bar.
- Export data using the Action dropdown if you want a backup.
Orders update automatically — you do not need to mark them manually.
Product Reviews
In this area you will find any reviews left by registered users with a verified purchase.
To ensure reviews are fair you can not change or update the date and time it was left.
Using File Manager for Digital Downloads
Click Files to upload or replace your downloadable products.
Each file is securely linked to its matching product.
If you upload a new version, customers who buy later will automatically receive the latest file. Customers who have not hit their download limit will also download the latest version.
You do not need to change the link manually.
Searching and Filtering
At the top of every list view (Products, Orders, etc.) is a Search bar.
Type a product name, order email, or page title to find it instantly.
You can also click the small column headings to sort alphabetically or by date.
