Your blog allows you to publish updates, tutorials, and SEO-friendly articles directly through your dashboard. Each post supports images, videos, resources, and an optional banner advertisement. This guide explains how to create and manage your posts, categories, and featured content.
Log In to the Dashboard
Visit your admin link (for example: yourdomain.com/admin/) and log in using your admin credentials.
Once inside, locate Blog in the left-hand menu. You will see two main sections:

Posts – all your published and draft articles

Categories – topics that help group related posts
Creating and Editing Categories

Click Categories under the Blog menu.

Choose Add Category.

Enter a Name (for example: “Marketing Tips”).

The Slug will auto-generate, but you can adjust it if needed.

Click Save.
Your category automatically appears in the category listing page on your site.
Creating a New Blog Post

Go to Posts and click Add Post.

Complete the main fields:
-
Title – the name of your article.
-
Slug – used in the post URL (auto-generated from the title).
-
Content – the main body of your post. This uses a TinyMCE editor, allowing headings, links, images, and formatting.

Category – select from your existing list.
-
Status – choose Draft or Published.
-
Is Featured – tick this box if you want the post to appear at the top of the blog list page.

Publish Date – automatically filled in when you publish, but can be edited.

Adding Images and Media
Each post supports multiple image options:

Main Image – upload your featured image (recommended 1200x600).

Thumbnail – automatically generated so you can see what the main image you uploaded looks like

External Image URL – if you host the image elsewhere.

YouTube URL – paste a link to a video you want embedded in your post.

Resource – attach a PDF or downloadable file (optional). Add a Resource Title to label the download button.
The site will automatically display the correct image depending on the layout.
Adding a Banner Advertisement
Each post includes an optional advertisement area at the bottom of the article.
To add a banner ad:

Under Advertisement Fields, choose Banner Image from the Ad Type dropdown.

Upload your banner image under Ad Image (recommended size 1200x300).

Add the Ad URL – this is where visitors go when they click the banner.

Leave Ad Code empty (used only for custom code).

Click Save.
Your banner will automatically appear in the ad area below the article content.
SEO Fields
At the bottom of each post, you will find the following SEO options:

Meta Title – up to 60 characters.

Meta Description – up to 160 characters.
-
Meta Keywords – optional, separated by commas.
If you leave these blank, the system will automatically use your title and a short excerpt from the post.
Blog Pages on Your Site

Blog List Page (
list.html)
Displays all published posts in order of newest first. Featured posts appear at the top. Each entry shows a title, thumbnail, date, and short excerpt.
Visitors can click through to read the full article. -
Category Page
Displays posts grouped by category. Each category has its own page using the category slug. Example:yourdomain.com/blog/category/marketing-tips/ -
Detail Page
Displays the full post content including images, YouTube embeds, any linked resource (such as a PDF download), and the banner ad if one is added.
Updating or Removing a Post

Return to Posts in your admin panel.

Click the title of the post you want to edit.

Make your changes and click Save.

To remove a post, select it from the list and use the Delete action.
Review Your Blog Pages
After saving changes:

Visit
yourdomain.com/blog/to view the full list. -
Open individual posts to confirm the layout.

Check that images, videos, and links display correctly.

Ensure banner ads link to the intended URL.

Blog Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I schedule posts to go live later?
A: Yes. Set the status to Published and adjust the Publish Date to a future date. The post will appear automatically when that date arrives.
Q: Can I add multiple banner ads?
A: No. Each post supports one banner image or code block. You can change or remove it anytime.
Q: What happens if I delete a category?
A: You cannot delete a category that still has posts assigned. Reassign or delete the posts first, then remove the category.
Q: Do I need to manually link categories?
A: No. Category pages and links are created automatically when you assign a post to a category.
